Job Summary

Support development of product support plans for all 12 Integrated Product Support elements, synthesize logistics data, and maintain metric dashboards to drive operational decision-making. Use provisioning data to identify support material requirements, develop Provisioning Parts Lists, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Produce comprehensive logistics support documentation, maintain the logistics database, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to architect integrated logistics solutions. Foster strong relationships with the user community while ensuring leadership ownership of logistics initiatives. This role requires a DoD Secret clearance and operates on a 9/80 schedule in Roy, UT.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 5 years of experience
  • 3 years of experience with master's degree
  • 0 years of experience with PhD
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Ability to obtain both Top Secret clearance and Special Access within a reasonable period as determined by the business needs of the company
  • 1 year of experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and product data sheets for electrical components
  • 1 year of experience developing logistics plans for weapons systems in accordance with MIL Standards
  • Knowledge and application of all 12 Integrated Product Support elements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and demonstrates strong team-player capabilities across multiple functions
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 9/80 work schedule availability

Desired Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, and related analytics features
  • Familiarity with Mil-STD-1388 type work products
  • Experience developing logistics work products on Department of Defense (DoD) programs
  • Knowledge of Integrated Product Support analysis in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, MIL-HDBK-502, or TA-STD-0017
  • Experience with logistics product database tools such as EAGLE, SLICWave, PowerLogJ, or comparable software
