Job Summary
Conduct regular and ad-hoc independent on-site audits across fulfillment centers, delivery hubs, and third-party vendor operations to identify technical, operational, and regulatory compliance gaps. Build a centralized monitoring system to track evolving local and international logistics regulations, interpreting updates to implement necessary policy changes. Establish and track logistics compliance KPIs while driving risk remediation programs for escalated issues, providing cross-functional leaders with actionable solutions. Utilize data analytics to continuously modernize controls and serve as an independent gatekeeper ensuring operations align with legal standards. This role supports Coupang's expansion in Taiwan by safeguarding regulatory compliance and operational integrity across the end-to-end logistics network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Approximately 8–10+ years of dedicated experience in logistics compliance, supply chain risk management, transport regulatory oversight, or operational compliance auditing within large-scale logistics, e-commerce, or multinational corporations
- Deep technical knowledge of localized transportation regulations, dangerous goods (Hazmat) handling, warehouse regulatory standards, and 3PL contractor compliance management
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (capable of producing professional technical/audit reports in both languages)
- Professional certifications in Dangerous Goods Handling (e.g., IATA/IMDG/ADR), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or relevant compliance audit credentials
- Strong data analytics skills (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) to build risk-monitoring dashboards and audit sampling methodologies
