Job Summary

Lead and expand the Urban Planning and Design Practice Area by winning new projects, managing complex proposals, and overseeing budget and schedule for urban revitalization and development. Prepare Specific Plans, Master Plans, visioning packages, and design guidelines while leading staff, coordinating subconsultants, and engaging clients, agency staff, and the public. Mentor aspiring professionals into leadership roles and represent the firm at interviews, public hearings, and professional conferences. Work in a cross-disciplinary, hybrid environment with regular in-office collaboration, requiring travel and availability for evening or weekend community workshops.
