Principal Legal Counsel (Litigation and Investigations)

Job Summary
Manage civil and criminal litigation cases with a focus on Intellectual Property Rights, consumer protection disputes, and labor matters, partnering with outside counsel as needed. Lead corporate internal investigations into fraud, workplace misconduct including harassment and bullying, and trade secret misappropriation. Review and draft complex commercial contracts to mitigate legal risks while developing internal investigation protocols and advising senior management on dispute prevention. Requires 8+ years of litigation experience, including 4+ years at a law firm, with strong knowledge of court procedures and hands-on trial experience. Full-time role in Taiwan with competitive compensation and benefits.
