Job Summary
Manage civil and criminal litigation cases with a focus on intellectual property rights, consumer disputes, and labor matters, partnering with outside counsel as needed. Lead internal investigations into corporate fraud, workplace misconduct including harassment and bullying, and trade secret misappropriation. Review and draft complex commercial contracts to mitigate legal risks while developing protocols for dispute prevention and advising senior management. Requires 8+ years of litigation experience and 4+ years at a law firm; includes onsite or virtual onsite interviews.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in litigation
- Minimum 4+ years of experience at a law firm
- Strong knowledge of court and prosecutor's office procedures
