Job Summary
Lead financial analysis for 16 regional contracts, coordinating with three Finance teams and working closely with presidents (VP/SVP level) to ensure clear communication with regional contacts. Create labor models and reports to manage regional cost structures and drive supportability in the regional network. The role sits within the Labor Analysis team in Finance and requires autonomy in financial analysis, collaboration across teams, and the ability to present findings effectively using MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or other related or relevant field
- 4 years of work experience
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant Master’s degree
- At least 2 years experience in Labor Analysis, Financial Analysis, and/or Regional Planning
- Strong presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
