Job Summary
Provide hands-on support executing human clinical studies for skincare/makeup product testing under supervision, operating and calibrating laboratory instruments, and preparing/reviewing study documentation per protocol. Assist Scientists in executing study-related activities (informed consent, eligibility verification, imaging, instrumental measurements), manage lab supplies and equipment, and coordinate daily lab operations. Collect data on human subjects, maintain detailed records in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and GxP, ensure data integrity and compliance with SOPs, and troubleshoot instrumentation as needed. Participate in extended-day studies and communicate findings and any panelist concerns promptly to supervisors to ensure the integrity and accuracy of clinical testing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Science or related field
- 2-5 Years Experience
- Full time on-site role with direct engagement in skincare and makeup product testing to support claims
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with external participants in human clinical studies
- Proficiency with instruments and electronic systems, with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently under fast timelines and dynamic conditions
- Proficient organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in testing techniques
- Adept at preparing clear, accurate documentation in compliance with GxP and ALCOA+ principles
- Ability to support extended day studies as needed (11- 8 pm)
