Job Summary
Drive HBM technical sales and business development for AI, cloud, and data center; serve as the primary technical sales interface for HBM discussions, roadmap alignment, and customer qualification activities; support design-in opportunities across GPU, ASIC, accelerator, and advanced computing platforms; collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align customer requirements with product strategy; build ecosystem partnerships with semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, and advanced packaging partners; provide market intelligence on AI infrastructure and future memory technology trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in semiconductor technical sales, FAE, product marketing, or business development
- Strong knowledge of DRAM, HBM, advanced packaging, or memory subsystem architecture
- Experience supporting AI, server, data center, GPU, ASIC, or cloud customers
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent English and ability to work in a global cross-functional environment
