Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design end-to-end automation solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Lead architectural design processes for hyperautomation platforms leveraging UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WebMethods, Databricks, and Snowflake. Define and enforce architecture best practices, standards, and governance processes while conducting regular reviews of integration projects to ensure adherence to principles. Provide indirect technical leadership to internal and partner solution architects, guiding them through complex integration challenges and fostering skill development. Analyze solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimizations. Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents, while driving the development of a knowledge repository. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives, acting as a trusted advisor on automation strategy. Stay abreast of emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that improve process efficiency and system performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
- Previous Medtronic experience
- Technical and/or business fluency with Databricks, Snowflake, RPAs, Gen AI, agentic AI, enterprise integrations, UiPath, and business to technology strategy
- Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT Solution Architecture for Hyperautomation with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Very deep technical understanding of the broad set of Hyperautomation capabilities, combined with a deeper expert understanding in at least one or two of the Hyperautomation capabilities such as (Gen)AI, Process Mining or IPA/RPA, to spot and compare cross technology solutions to an automation opportunity
- Strong architectural understanding of and experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS and or Azure and AI platforms such as Databricks and data warehouses / AI platforms such as Snowflake
- Ability to lead the architectural solution design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines
- Ability to provide architectural direction for multiple projects/programs concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle
- Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements
- Proven ability to work as a team player, delivering quality results within defined timelines
- Advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience in change management, as it relates to a culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership, and implementation
- Managing a Global Organization and Stakeholders
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
