Job Summary
Lead strategic, cross-functional technology and transformation initiatives advancing global supply chain planning capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, and manufacturing functions. Partner with business and IT leadership to develop roadmaps, govern complex programs, and drive delivery excellence ensuring measurable value realization. Establish governance frameworks, manage portfolio risks and dependencies, and serve as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Operations leaders. Develop business cases, forecast budget performance, and communicate portfolio insights to executive decision-makers while mentoring emerging leaders and promoting best practices in project management.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of IT experience
- Bachelors Degree in engineering or MCA or MSc
- 12+ years of Program, Project, Portfolio, or Transformation Management experience
- Experience leading large-scale Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, ERP, or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management
- Experience with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, SAP APO, or equivalent solutions
- Experience leveraging AI, Automation, Advanced Analytics, or Digital capabilities to improve business performance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Pharma and Life Sciences company is preferred
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
