Job Summary
Design and implement Storage, Backup, Restore, and Archive technologies while driving strategy and roadmaps for the enterprise-wide environment. Manage daily systems operations, including backup infrastructure maintenance, root cause analysis, and audit compliance. Lead technical projects from design to implementation, reviewing scripts, playbooks, and testing solutions to ensure operational optimization. Contribute to Runbook development, automation solutions, and technical standards within an Agile environment. Support the Service Owner in delivering continuous improvement aligned with business needs, scalability, and security. This role requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of Storage & Backup Systems experience, including expertise in NetApp, Rubrik, and AWS. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad during later hours to align with business needs.

- 12+ years of Storage & Backup Systems and Linux administration
- one or more of Ansible, Python, Bash scripting
- Bachelor's degree
- 14+ years of Storage & Backup Systems and Linux administration
- one or more of Ansible, Python, Bash scripting
- 10+ Years' experience with NetApp & Dell Isilon Storage technologies
- 5+ Years' experience with Rubrik Backup & Recovery
- 5+ Years' experience with NetApp storage Grid
- 10+ Years' experience with Cloud Technologies
- AWS
- General background in Storage & Backup Life-cycle management
- Solid scripting/automation skills using shell, powershell, python, Ansible
- Industry Certifications and experience with or equivalent technologies
- Configuration Management tools for managing public cloud infrastructure
- AWS

- Demonstrated experience with Windows/UNIX/Linux Operating systems
- ITIL experience and managing regulated systems within Life Sciences sector
- Strong working knowledge of Application Server Clustering and HA configurations, API integrations
- Solid experience in using ServiceNow
- Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
