Job Summary
Lead a multi-disciplined engineering team in the design, test, and delivery of all sub-assemblies for the Integrated Flight Termination System (IFTS). Manage technical, cost, and schedule execution, track EVMS performance, and generate estimates at complete (EACs). Interface with suppliers, customers, and program management to ensure requirements development, subsystem design, test plans, documentation, and successful program delivery. Role includes collaboration across hardware, software, configurable logic, systems, and test equipment; ability to obtain PM Level 7 Certification; and potential travel to field or lab environments. On-site in Tucson, AZ with interaction across Raytheon/DoD stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience in analog/digital/power electronics design, RF product and subassembly design/integration/production support, and electro-optical product/subassembly development
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility for security clearance as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the clearance

- U.S. citizen or eligible for DoD security clearance
- Active Top Secret clearance required on day 1
