Job Summary
Define secure blueprints for IT and OT architectures through threat-based auditing or new design, applying Defense in Depth and Zero Trust principles. Review network and environment designs against market standards to generate prioritized, actionable security recommendations. Lead technical security audits to identify vulnerabilities and support the implementation of continuous monitoring. Design resilient IT architectures and assist customers with disaster recovery mechanisms. Support incident response coordination for infected system recovery and security improvements. Coach junior consultants on projects and manage project delivery timelines, quality, and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience working in an IT security or enterprise architect role
- Minimum of 2 years hands on experience with technical implementations, configurations, and/or troubleshooting
- In-depth understanding of operating systems, network/system protocols and IT architecture design
- Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate colleagues working on the same project
- Effective interpersonal skills who participate as a team player
- Experience in project management or in team management
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Active Directory security, Entra security or general Azure security mechanisms
- Good French or Dutch skills
- Creative problem solver
