Job Summary

Lead enterprise OpenShift architecture and platform strategy by designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available Kubernetes platforms. Define standards for RHEL, Kubernetes, and platform engineering while leading automation with Ansible and Terraform. Architect secure Kubernetes platforms using RBAC, secrets, and policy, then build standardized deployment patterns with Helm, Operators, and ArgoCD. Develop reusable automation for provisioning, configuration, patching, and compliance, and design enterprise CI/CD platforms and GitOps workflows. Mentor senior engineers and lead complex troubleshooting, partnering across Development, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure teams. Own platform reliability, disaster recovery strategy, capacity planning, and infrastructure cost optimization. Communicate technical strategy, risk, and roadmaps to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • 10+ years infrastructure engineering
  • 7+ years Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • 5+ years Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration
  • Extensive experience leading automation initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
