Job Summary
Lead the design, security and evolution of the University's end user computing platforms, driving automation, cloud integration and technical excellence across Windows, Linux and macOS; provide technical leadership for EUC platform design, device management and automation; support cloud, infrastructure and identity services (Azure, Entra ID, M365, Intune, Jamf) and drive platform security, patching and endpoint protection; mentor the EUC team, oversee incident resolution and lifecycle management, and contribute to project delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative ITS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing enterprise end user computing platforms across Windows, Linux and macOS environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Jamf, configuration management and automation tools
- Experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python, Bash and Ansible
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor colleagues and contribute to solution design and project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with hands-on engineering and leadership responsibilities
