Job Summary
Opportunity for technical leadership role in a large, mature infrastructure team within Sanford Health. Design, implement, and maintain secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure across servers, storage, network, and cloud; develop roadmaps; ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness; mentor senior engineers; lead mid-to-large infrastructure projects; collaborate across technology to align infrastructure with security, resiliency, and architectural standards; drive modern IT practices, automation, and AI adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 10 years of technical experience in enterprise server, storage, or cloud environments with at least two years in a senior or principal level role
- Advanced knowledge and experience with enterprise compute systems, storage arrays, hyperconverged infrastructure, cloud platform as a service, and server virtualization
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Proficiency with network topologies, communication protocols, application delivery controllers, load balancers, and firewalls
- Proven ability to lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and administrators
