Job Summary
Lead full-cycle industrial engineering projects for high-end medical device programs, managing planning, execution, and reporting from concept to implementation. Independently develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new product introductions and sustaining activities, while designing production line layouts, work instructions, and SOPs with cross-disciplinary integration. Drive automation and digital manufacturing initiatives, lead cross-functional teams to deliver productivity and cost improvements, and ensure all documentation complies with ISO, FDA, and NMPA standards. Apply DBS tools for continuous improvement and mentor junior engineers. Participate in global project meetings and technical reviews, communicating fluently in English.
Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Deep cross-disciplinary understanding of mechanical, electronic, and software integration
- Knowledge of ISO, FDA, and NMPA standards
- Experience with DBS (Danaher Business System) tools
