Job Summary
Senior-level security professional responsible for day-to-day execution and oversight of the Industrial Security Program in compliance with NISPOM, customer requirements, and internal policies. Leads DD254 management, self-inspections, and internal assessments; coordinates reporting of security incidents; provides security guidance and training to junior staff and program teams; interfaces with DCSA, ISRs, government customers, and leadership; develops and administers procedures for handling classified information; supports enterprise security initiatives; ensures safeguarding and accountability of classified information; may support multiple programs and facilities; travel up to 10% and relocation assistance may be available. Requires current SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance. Positions available at Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3 or 4 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of Industrial Security or relevant experience (for Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3) OR 8+ years (for Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4)
- Experience with government security databases: DISS, NISS
- Experience with safeguarding and accountability of classified information
- Working knowledge of 32 CFR part 117, NISP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Current active SECRET Security Clearance, ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain/maintain required clearance level for sensitive projects
- Strong communication and training skills
- Experience coordinating with DCSA/ISRs, government customers, and internal leadership
- Ability to manage DD254 and security program administration
- Experience conducting self-inspections, internal assessments, and preparing for reviews
- Experience with security education and briefings
- Willingness to travel (10%)
- OPSEC/COMSEC/INSIDER THREAT program experience
- CDSE – FSO Program Management for Processing Facilities certificate
