Job Summary
Analyze and optimize Fulfillment Center operations to maximize productivity, reduce lead times, and cut costs through process innovation. Design logistics networks for load balancing, engineer material flows for automation, and establish cross-docking and replenishment strategies. Conduct root cause analysis on operational data to drive business performance and provide strategic insights to leadership. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in industrial engineering or supply chain within manufacturing or e-commerce environments. Candidates must possess strong skills in capacity planning, facility design, and process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Fluency in Korean and English is preferred, and domestic business travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 산업공학, 공급망관리(Supply Chain), 운영관리 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상
- 제조, 물류, 공급망 또는 이커머스 환경에서 프로세스 개선 또는 산업공학 업무 경력 5~10년
- 물류센터(Warehouse) 설계에 대한 이해
- Capacity Planning, Facility Design, Throughput 및 최대 처리능력 산정 경험
- 물류시설 설계 및 구축(Project Roll-out) 경험
- Lean, Six Sigma, Material Flow, Value Stream Mapping(VSM), 7 Waste 등 프로세스 개선 기법에 대한 전문성
- MS Excel 활용 역량(중급 이상)
- SQL 활용 역량(중급 이상)
- 다양한 조직 및 이해관계자와 원활하게 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 능력
- 국내 사업장 출장에 제약이 없는 능력
- 데이터를 기반으로 문제를 깊이 있게 분석하고 창의적인 해결방안을 도출할 수 있는 능력
Desired Qualifications
- 영어와 한국어로 원활한 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 가능
- 이커머스 또는 대규모 물류 네트워크 환경에서 프로세스 혁신 경험
- 물류 자동화 설비 도입 또는 운영 최적화 프로젝트 경험
- 데이터 기반 실험 설계(A/B Test, Pilot Test 등) 및 효과 검증 경험
