Job Summary
Lead the creation and design of intelligent building solutions by translating client business needs into technical visions for IT infrastructure. Evaluate operational problems to determine optimal software and hardware components, then define specifications, phases, and requirements for project stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors to select technologies, conduct quality checks on submissions, and identify gaps for process improvements. Analyze the technology environment to document functional objectives that support decision-making and drive strategy across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Electronics and Communications Engineer or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or any equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of relevant post-graduate experience and technical background in one or more IT areas including but not limited to: Engineering and software architecture design, Converged network, IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development, Building Management System, Building analytics solutions, Telecommunications, IT Project and product management, Data Centers and Telecommunication Rooms
- Deep analytical skills and understanding on how different engineering services work together
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain reports and knowledge of all types of reporting formats like charts, tabular, matrix, and others
- Knowledgeable in technical reporting, dashboard UI/UX, and technical analysis
- Must have interest in qualitative data interpretation and analysis
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving by optimally using tools and technologies
- Proactive and multitasker; ability to easily switch between multiple tasks
- Ability to master new skills and new tools quickly
- Ability to work independently and pay attention to details
- Imaginative and innovative mindset to solve problems
- A team player with a diverse range of skills – project management, development approaches, coaching others, presentation skills, and analytical skills

Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (preferred)
- Cisco, BICSI or any industry standard certifications is an advantage
- BIM knowledge is desirable particularly using Revit and ACC
- Actively continue to develop personally and technical knowledge and new emerging technology through regular CPD training
- Organizational skills and proactive approach in project management
