Job Summary
Partner with senior Product and Technology leaders to design and execute people strategies, managing talent vision and strategic initiatives to solve critical business challenges. Use data to understand organizational sentiment and proactively raise issues with proposed solutions, while leveraging AI tools to simplify routine tasks and validate outcomes. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and FP&A to develop and execute workforce plans, including succession planning, location strategies, and attrition modeling. Lead organization and talent review discussions, manage change initiatives from strategy to implementation, and coach leaders through complex business situations. Resolve performance management and employee relations issues while working with COE teams to improve key programs like performance and merit reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressively complex HRBP experience
- supporting Product and/or Engineering functions
- within a complex, dynamic enterprise software or SaaS company
