Principal Hardware Engineer

Principal Hardware Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering ultra high-performance electronic products. Own all aspects of EE hardware design from BOM creation to circuit/board design, validation, and lifecycle support, with leadership of a small design team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Engage across disciplines (Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Packaging, Manufacturing) and collaborate with partner teams; participate in customer trials and field issue resolution; demonstrate ownership from product inception to volume production, including vendor negotiation and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Compliance. Key focus areas include high-speed signaling (112G+ SerDes), power and thermal management for PCBs with 1kW+ footprints, and multi-technology packaging (2D/2.5D/3D memories).
