Job Summary
Design and develop state-of-the-art Network Visibility Hardware products, including authoring schematics and managing PCB layout resources for complex systems involving high-speed networking, compute, and FPGA resources. Support sustaining efforts to improve yields while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Mechanical, RTL, and Software. Apply high-speed signal integrity, EMC design, and switching power supply expertise to solve non-compliance issues and debug embedded platforms using Cadence tools. Requires BS in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of product development experience. Base salary ranges from $128,670 to $214,440. Security clearance not required; visa candidates not considered.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Experience in product development from concept to production
- Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
- Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues
- Proficient with lab equipment and capturing complex measurements
- Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
- Competent with Cadence tools: OrCad/Concept, Allegro
- Knowledge of PCB Stackup's, and understanding of materials
- Experience with switching power supply design
- Strong de-bug skills and analytical problem solving
- Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work in small teams
