Job Summary
Lead cloud transformation programs for Australia-Japan market as the Services leader/owner of customer accounts. Own end-to-end implementation planning, governance, and delivery roadmaps, including structuring Global Delivery Model with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. Manage Fixed Price and outcome-based engagements, risk, and governance across distributed delivery locations. Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, SI partners to enable successful delivery and long-term value. Requires deep insurance domain knowledge in P&C for Australia/Japan markets and experience delivering enterprise software at scale in a GSI or SaaS context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise software delivery
- Customer-facing delivery leadership
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale cloud or SaaS implementations using a Global Delivery Model
- Experience structuring and managing Fixed Price engagements
- Experience delivering outcome-based engagements
- Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance industry in Australia and/or Japan (regulatory frameworks like APRA or FSA is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customer stakeholders
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financials at program level across multi-location delivery models
