Principal Growth Marketer responsible for designing and executing growth programs to generate qualified pipeline and revenue. Collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and digital media to scale campaigns, leverage Adobe Analytics and Qlik for data-driven optimization, and apply AI-driven channels to improve the customer journey for nonprofit audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar role
- proven track record of creating and executing campaigns that deliver pipeline growth
- demonstrated ability to drive sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies
- experience operating in a cross-functional, pod-like team structure
- obsessive about understanding customer psychology and translating insights into actionable strategies
- hands-on proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik
- experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
- results-oriented mindset with strong understanding of ROI
- ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment and influence others without formal authority
