Principal Global Upstream Product Manager - PillCam Platform Strategy, Endoscopy

Lead the long-term strategy for the PillCam capsule endoscopy franchise, translating clinical insights, customer needs, and market opportunities into differentiated product strategies and platform roadmaps. Define the long-term vision, prioritize roadmaps based on customer insights and market dynamics, and develop portfolio segmentation and value propositions across GI diagnostic pathways. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs, and commercial teams; shape clinical evidence strategies and ensure economic and reimbursement considerations are reflected in product strategy. Requires strong experience in upstream product management for medical devices, familiarity with capsule endoscopy, imaging, and AI-enabled diagnostics, and ability to influence investment decisions in a matrixed organization. Must Have: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in upstream product management/strategy roles (or 8+ years with advanced degree); experience in medical technologies; strong cross-functional leadership; GI clinical workflow understanding; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Must be able to work in-person several days per week at the Lafayette, CO location; US work authorization sponsorship available at Principal level and above.
