Job Summary
Lead the long-term upstream product strategy for the PillCam franchise in endoscopy, translating clinical insights, customer needs, and market opportunities into differentiated product concepts and platform roadmaps. Define the long-term product vision, shape roadmap priorities, develop portfolio segmentation and value propositions across GI diagnostic pathways, and monitor competitive activity and regulatory trends. Collaborate with cross-functional Core teams to define requirements, support business cases, and align strategy with commercialization plans. Partner with Medical Affairs to shape clinical evidence strategies and ensure clinical value and reimbursement considerations are reflected in the product strategy. Must Have: Bachelor's degree; minimum 10 years in upstream product management/strategy (or 8 years with advanced degree); experience in medical devices or capsule endoscopy preferred; strong cross-functional leadership; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy roles (or 8 years with advanced degree)
- Experience leading upstream product strategy for medical technologies or medical devices (preferred)
- Experience influencing product roadmap and investment decisions in a matrixed organization
- Experience with capsule endoscopy, imaging technologies, or AI-enabled diagnostics (preferred)
- Understanding of gastroenterology clinical workflows and diagnostic pathways
- MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or life sciences (preferred)
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship offered for Principal-level roles and above
