Job Summary
Principal Gifts Officer for Intermountain Foundation region to develop, implement, and refine major/planned gift strategies, personally cultivate and solicit a high-capacity donor portfolio, prepare major gift proposals, ensure stewardship and reporting to donors, collaborate with Regional Chief Development Officer and board/support staff, recruit and supervise major gift officers, and achieve annual major gift goals while aligning with Intermountain Health’s mission to help people live the healthiest lives possible; requires strong relationship-building, leadership, communications, strategic planning, and proven fundraising experience in healthcare/philanthropy; salary is based on an hourly rate of $58.62-$90.48 with a 40-hour work week, eligible for AP4P pay-for-performance program; location: Salt Lake City, Utah; on-site role with Intermountain Health Primary Children’s Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as non-profit management, public administration, corporate social responsibility, communications, business, finance, social work, or community development
