Principal Geotechnical Engineer

Lead and undertake geotechnical assignments in Ireland and internationally within a multidisciplinary team; deliver geotechnical design and analysis across infrastructure, transportation, and energy projects up to detailed design, including finite element analysis and reporting; manage time/budgets, client relationships, and project progress; prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications; professionally qualified Chartered Civil Engineer with postgraduate geotechnical expertise; extensive experience in geotechnical design (deep piled foundations, Eurocode/NGI standards, seismic/dynamic analysis); proficient in PLAXIS and other geotechnical software (WALLAP, Repute, GROUP, LPile, APile, Rocscience Slide2, gINT, or equivalents); strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; committed to professional development and working in a matrix environment with a focus on technical excellence, integrity, and client service.
