Job Summary
Principal Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver modern web applications and automation pipelines, bridging React frontend and Python backend with CI/CD processes. You will work across Azure cloud services, databases, and enterprise platforms, mentor junior developers, and drive architectural decisions and best practices for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining web apps, guiding cross-functional teams, defining release and DevOps practices, and contributing to platform-based solutions using technologies such as React, Python, .NET/ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, SPFx, and Azure-based tooling.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
- Experience with React (frontend) and Python (backend)
- Proficiency with CI/CD concepts and tools
- Experience leading and mentoring developers
- Agile software development experience
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
