Job Summary
Lead the design and development of modular, reusable front-end components in Angular, build robust back-end services with Python, EKS, and AWS, and drive modern CI/CD and DevOps practices for a GenAI startup in Fidelity Labs. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, mentor other engineers, and influence technical direction across multiple product teams. The role emphasizes ownership of architecture, micro-frontends, shared libraries, and integration patterns, with opportunities to shape new application experiences and business capabilities within a fintech incubator.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6-10 years of professional software engineering experience
- 3-5 years of technical leadership experience
- Deep full-stack expertise in Python, EKS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, AWS, and databases systems
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with cloud-native technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Autonomy and ownership with ability to drive projects forward with minimal oversight
