Principal Full-Stack Engineer, Experience Team

Principal Full-Stack Engineer on the Experience Team responsible for architecting and building automation pipelines that shift content production to AI-native delivery. Design and develop LLM-powered tooling to enable agentic content creation workflows (including prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and orchestration systems). Build and maintain integrations across ServiceNow’s content platforms, knowledge management systems, and AI services to create a unified knowledge engine. Develop MCP server configurations and agentic workflow tooling to extend AI capabilities into writer and engineer workflows. Partner with Digital Technology teams to connect content systems to the broader platform ecosystem (search, taxonomy, digital experience surfaces). Define engineering standards and architectural patterns that scale AI tooling, and operate as a technical thought leader shaping strategy and platform decisions. Preferred qualifications emphasize experience integrating AI into work processes, - 10+ years in software engineering with backend/platform infrastructure, production-grade automation pipelines, proficiency in Python/JS, API integrations, autonomy, and strong stakeholder communication.
