Job Summary
Lead department and engineering teams to identify, develop, and offer Fuel Engineering Services solutions for utility customers; define customer solutions within Fuel Engineering; spearhead multi-year offers to address strategic projects; report to the Fuel Engineering Services Product Solutions Manager from our Cranberry Township, PA facility on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include shaping the product strategy for Fuel Engineering Services, maintaining related databases, forecasting financials and resource demand, identifying unmet customer needs, guiding strategic solutions to create customer value and satisfy regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams and customers to grow the business, supporting product development stage gates and technical roadmaps, and developing business cases to justify innovation investments with positive ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Six or more years technical or customer-oriented experience
- Proficient in SAP to review data and run reports
- Expertise in translating abstract concepts into actionable data
- Ability to analyze information from different reporting formats
- Ability to collaborate with different organizational levels and across business boundaries
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with the offer/marketing process (technical descriptions, cost estimates, risk assessments, commercial opportunity database)
