Job Summary
Partner with leaders to embed People strategies that drive high performance, safety, and values-led culture; deliver key People programs including Performance & Remuneration Reviews, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management; provide commercial and people insights to support operational decision making; analyse employee engagement data to drive initiatives improving engagement and retention; coach leaders on investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution; design and deliver leadership capability initiatives covering employment practices, cultural awareness, and diversity.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
