Job Summary
Lead the transition from traditional bank branches to ING Houses by acting as a proactive subject matter expert on mortgages, investments, and business banking. Conduct independent customer conversations and deliver presentations for specialist advisory teams while empowering customers with digital self-service skills. Coach and train Financial Coaches through family time sessions and individual guidance to elevate team capabilities and maximize the impact of financial coaching interactions. Serve as the primary link between Financial Coaches and specialist advisors to ensure high-quality lead generation and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
- WFT Wealth Management certification
- WFT Mortgage Credit certification
- MiFID Informing certification
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Competency 2: Customer Focus (actively listening and applying effective communication skills to understand the customer's needs and respond appropriately)
- Competency 4: Employee Development (fostering growth and developing capabilities through coaching and guidance)
- Meet all requirements applicable to the Financial Coach role
