Job Summary
Lead financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting to evaluate business performance across three Colorado manufacturing sites. Drive strategic decision-making by translating complex data into actionable recommendations for site leadership and optimizing operational outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, cost reduction initiatives, and monthly operations reviews while monitoring risks and improvement opportunities. Work onsite four to five days per week to foster collaboration and deliver financial insights that align with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience
- an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile
- The employee is also required to interact with a computer
- The employee is required to communicate with peers and co-workers
- U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- MBA, CPA, and/or CMA certification
- Proven experience leveraging SAP, BPCS, Hyperion Spend, CMR, or similar enterprise systems to drive financial insights and business performance
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to influence outcomes through data-driven recommendations
- Working knowledge of Project Accounting and financial controls
- Experience partnering with operations teams within a manufacturing environment to improve financial and operational performance
