Job Summary
Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and forecasting processes, annual operating and strategic plans, and provide weekly revenue performance updates to senior leadership. Consolidate variances of actual results versus forecasts, summarize risk and opportunities across regions, and develop ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling as required. Create financial templates, drive global process deadlines, and implement continuous improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency. Collaborate with Global Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IBP leads to build synergistic processes and support business partners in translating data into actionable strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Advanced Degree with 5+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers and the proven experience translating financial data into meaningful, concise information
- Experience with business partnering
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Power Point, WWR, and GSR
- Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights and coherent strategies
- Ability to operate within a complex organization and various levels of management
- Proven success dealing with time-sensitive ambiguous projects in a dynamic business environment
- Strong executive communication skills, both written & verbal
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
