Job Summary
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for Capital One's marketing expenses, managing P&L performance and data integrity across departments. Coordinate input from various analysts, run models, and verify output to generate reports for senior leadership and support ad-hoc requests. Formulate compelling financial insights to influence strategy, proactively identify risks, and build trusted relationships with peers and executives. This role requires strong storytelling skills to articulate outcomes to leadership teams and drive business outcomes within the Card Finance Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a combination
