Principal Financial Analyst - Brain Modulation

Job Summary
Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and presentations for leadership while interpreting results for finance and business teams. Develop and monitor annual operating plans, forecasts, and best estimates to ensure accurate financial projections. Conduct in-depth analysis to guide strategic decision-making for the Brain Modulation business, which supports Deep Brain Stimulation and MRI-guided laser ablation technologies. Support month-end close activities, project accounting processes, and facilitate strategic discussions on portfolio gaps. Partner with marketing and therapy directors to evaluate investment opportunities and lead ad-hoc projects requiring high-level financial acumen. Work onsite minimum four days weekly as part of the Neuromodulation Finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Advanced Degree with 5+ years
- Bachelor's degrees earned outside of the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers and the proven experience translating financial data into meaningful, concise information
- Strong consultative skills and ability to articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights to business leaders and internal customers
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Minimum of 4 days a week onsite
