Job Summary
Executive search leadership role partnering with the CEO and executive team to identify, attract, and recruit transformational leaders across Director–C-Suite levels. Lead executive searches, build long-term leadership pipelines, develop talent maps and market intelligence, manage executive referrals, and deliver a white-glove candidate experience from outreach to onboarding. Develop Talent Community programs, represent MetroStar at national events, and drive university recruiting, SkillBridge partnerships, and military transitions. Travel approximately 10–20% annually. Compensation includes base salary and variable incentives with a total annual compensation potential aligned to performance; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, flexible work arrangements, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years recruiting experience
- significant executive search experience
- experience recruiting Directors, Vice Presidents, C-Suite leaders, Practice Leaders, or other senior executives
- experience building executive talent communities and long-term leadership pipelines
- strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities
- experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams
- exceptional sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence skills
- ability to travel approximately 10 to 20 percent annually
