Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative, project, and logistical support to the CEO, serving as a trusted liaison to internal staff, external partners, and industry organizations. Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, correspondence, and records; coordinate private board activity, charitable involvement, and personal logistics to keep executive priorities on track. Responsibilities include executive schedule management, travel and event coordination, board and committee support, management of special projects and gifts, and detailed financial administration such as invoices and expense reporting. Requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, and the ability to anticipate needs, protect focus time, and operate with confidentiality and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- At least five years of experience in a professional office setting supporting senior management
