Job Summary
Establish and maintain earned value management systems policies while supporting internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews. Provide strategic EVMS leadership to Engineering & Advanced Hypersonics programs, interfacing with Program Managers, finance analysts, and senior executives to drive operational decisions and portfolio performance. Align material management and manufacturing practices with scheduling best practices, develop advanced EVMS concepts and standards, and negotiate shared solutions with external parties. Support the Enterprise EVM Center of Excellence by delivering training, managing implementations, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Requires 12+ years of experience, OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra expertise, and a Secret Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree
- 12+ years of prior relevant experience
- Masters degree
- 10+ years within DOD as a Prime Contractor
- advanced expertise using OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra EVM tools
- IPMDAR Formats
- Leading Variance Narrative efforts
- Subcontractor data Integration
- Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- willingness and ability to work onsite in Huntsville Alabama as needed
- willingness to travel
Desired Qualifications
- OPDEC IPM Active and current DoD Secret clearance
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Lookups, etc.)
- Experience in a Manufacturing/Production/Prototyping environment
- Power BI
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
