Job Summary
Establish budget baselines, maintain cost/schedule integration, and prepare visibility reports for Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including variance analysis and estimates to complete. Support the development of budget baselines, facilitate program monthly rhythm processes, and incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using Microframe Project Manager, SAP, and Business Warehouse. Analyze variances and trends to develop new process techniques while preparing government cost performance reports and monthly CDRLs such as IPMR. Work on site daily in Melbourne, FL within a fast-paced environment requiring self-motivation and the ability to elevate potential issues to management focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, financial analysis or industry related fields
- Master's degree with 3 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, financial analysis or industry related fields
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience using Earned Value Tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- Ability to work on site daily in Melbourne, FL
Desired Qualifications
- Active US Government clearance
- Understanding of Business Systems (SAP S4/Cobra)
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
