Principal ERP - IFS Solution Architect

Analyze business needs and processes to design, troubleshoot, and implement the organization's ERP applications and related training requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflows, goals, and processes. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization and assist with training documentation. Evaluate ERP system performance to resolve issues and improve integrity, security, and functionality. Design, generate, and monitor reports to ensure application reliability and efficiency. Develop user training documentation and maintain LMS courses. Frequently travel on-site to train new employees and provide support on system setup and workflow management. Govern integrations between IFS and other systems while ensuring end-to-end solution integrity across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Projects domains. Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and implications to both business and technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
