Job Summary
Lead clinical and technical support for EP mapping and CAS products in a field-based role within the assigned territory. Provide training and education to physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on EP mapping, navigation systems, and CAS procedures; promote safe and effective use of CAS products; cultivate customer relationships to identify and grow opportunities; collaborate with Account, Regional, and Area teams to strategize training and mapping solutions; travel within the territory to accounts and support field needs; must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to work remotely from the territory while visiting accounts. Emphasizes collaboration with sales and clinical teams, execution of mapping solutions for electrophysiology systems, and ongoing customer-facing training and support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- OR Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within the assigned territory and drive to multiple accounts
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel 25-50% within assigned territory
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B) offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above; roles below Principal require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and for duration of employment
