Job Summary
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation systems and CAS products. Educate hospital personnel on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures to promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic solutions. Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business by working in partnership with Account Managers and Regional Managers to identify potential sales opportunities. Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and CA Solutions products while serving as a regional champion to share experience and influence proficiency in mapping technology. Drive to multiple accounts throughout the assigned region daily, requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time, including occasional overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Valid driver's license
- Active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to freely move throughout the facility
- Ability to use a phone, keyboard and mouse
- Ability to visually interact with personal computers
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day
- Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory
- Must be able to travel outside of assigned territory and possibility overnight
- Must be available as unscheduled needs arise
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline
- Minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field
- Experience in EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support
