Job Summary
Principal leading environmental consulting initiatives in the Boston/Westford area, responsible for client engagement, project management, and team leadership across environmental, energy transition, sustainability, and related sectors. Leverages deep regulatory knowledge, assessment methodologies, and permitting procedures to deliver innovative solutions, mentor staff, and grow the client base through business development and thought leadership. Collaborates across multi-disciplinary teams and with agencies/organizations to guide decision-making, drive proposals, and deliver high-quality consulting services in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to environmental consulting
- Minimum 15 years progressive consultancy experience
- Experience in project management and client engagement
- Strong leadership capabilities and mentoring
- Proven business development, proposal development, and client relationship skills
