Job Summary
Define and drive Donaldson's enterprise data architecture by developing the data strategy and roadmap, designing scalable cloud-based platforms, and leading Master Data Management initiatives. Establish enterprise data governance, quality, and standards while partnering with business leaders to translate needs into technical solutions. Architect modern data solutions using Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, APIs, and streaming technologies to support analytics and AI. Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise data investments and strategy for a global manufacturing organization. Work a hybrid US schedule; candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture
- 3+ years of Snowflake experience
- Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Must be able to work a Hybrid US schedule
