Job Summary
Enterprise Assessment & System Execution: Lead execution of enterprise assessments, including Lean Maturity and alignment of performance objectives with assessment methods. Translate Performance Playbook objectives into assessment execution approaches, synthesize findings into defensible conclusions, and deliver executive-level reports. Build cross-functional engagement, influence without authority, manage end-to-end assessment delivery, and develop training/capability building for assessment teams. Travel across PG&E territory as needed and operate in a hybrid setup with 1–3 days in the Oakland General Office. The role requires strong system thinking, ambiguity navigation, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, statistics, organization development, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in project/program management, organizational change, or operations management.
- Direct participation in the design of assessment frameworks or models (not limited to tool execution).
- Experience leading or co-leading formal assessments, including conducting evaluations and synthesizing findings.
- Experience producing assessment outputs or reports used by leadership to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, apply logical reasoning, and communicate clearly under scrutiny.
