Job Summary
Principal Enterprise Architect responsible for defining and driving the enterprise technology strategy across Mattel's global supply chain ecosystem. Lead ERP transformation initiatives (Oracle Cloud preferred), design future-state architecture integrating ERP with planning, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution systems, and enable real-time visibility and intelligent decision-making across the supply chain. Provide domain leadership in SC Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, PLM, and MDM; architect scalable data/integration frameworks (APIs, event-driven systems, EDI); mentor a team of architects and engineers; influence senior leadership on technology investments; expected travel 15-20%.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and ERP solutions
- Strong expertise across planning, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, PLM, and MDM domains
- Proven experience leading ERP transformations (Oracle Cloud strongly preferred)
- Technical strength in ERP architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Strong knowledge of EDI integrations, data platforms, and supply chain analytics
- Leadership and communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- 15-20% travel is required
